She began her career as an electrician in the mining industry, which is where her interest in advocating for diversity and inclusion began. Today, she proudly continues this work as a board member of the Diversity Council of Australia.

Greg has two successful startup exits, 22 years apart, and held Asia Pacific, COO roles with major global tech players including Siebel Systems, PeopleSoft, Unisys and SAP. In 2017 he co-Founded Faethm AI, one of Australia's early AI success stories - Faethm helped employers navigate the impact of external forces like tech automation and covid on skills & jobs. Today, as co-Founder and Partner at Arena Mars, Greg works with tech start-ups to help them scale, by building Australia's first scale-up ecosystem, by investing directly and via VCs, and by joining startup boards as an NED.

He currently serves as an Executive Director and Solutions Architect at the business.

Jason Titman is CEO and Executive Chair of Swyftx, Australia’s leading cryptocurrency brokerage with over 1.2 million customers. Jason has served as a shareholder and senior executive in sectors including e-commerce, fin-tech and de-fi. He currently serves on the boards of ASX-listed Fintech company Findi Limited, US-based Reshop Inc, and India’s Transaction Solutions International Pte Limited.  

Passionate about giving back, Jason serves on several not-for-profit boards and charitable foundations, with his focus on expanding access to quality healthcare and supporting attainment at schools and universities. An avid sports enthusiast, he also dedicates time to encouraging athletes of all ages and levels through his role as a board member of the Australian Sports Foundation. 

Larissa is a Parter in RSM’s R&D Tax and Government Incentives team, leading the Queensland practice and has over 12 years of experience in assisting companies access government incentives and funding.​ Larissa has worked with a wide range of innovative companies, from start-up to ASX listed and multinational corporations across many different industries including: life sciences, manufacturing, food and beverage, E&R, technology and engineering.
