Founder/CEO at Wellteam

Troy doesn’t really have a career to speak of, just an eclectic range of life experiences spanning work, family, adventure and travel.

He’s worked as an international tour leader, station hand on a remote cattle station, DJ at the Pink Palace in Greece, run his own photography business, reported to a CEO of BankSA as BankSA’s head of Strategic Alliances. He’s worked as a general manager at Cancer Council, regional sales director of a global pharmaceutical company and head of marketing, development, sales and car-parking at Australia’s busiest alpine resort, Mt Buller.

He’s lived in a zoo, travelled the world, studied sport science, has an MBA and once rebuilt the engine of a Mercedes Benz truck in a parking lot in Esfahan, Iran.

He’s a father or two, husband of one, races mountain bikes and is founder and CEO of Wellteam. He’s now out to gamify and incentivise the way we do wellbeing with the Wellteam Global Challenge.
