He is a Principal Consultant and Chair at Phronesis, a consultancy that offers creative solutions to solve the challenging problems of clients. Shane and his team of creative communicators and technology-tinkerers fill the gap between traditional communications agencies and the creative solutions that clients demand. 

Shane is also the Founder and CEO of Public Address, a media management platform that helps PR professionals secure more media coverage, and President of the industry association, the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
