Shahirah is a serial tech entrepreneur and VC. Most recently, she co-founded Finch, a financial data intelligence platform powering Australia's leading banks, and is Venture Partner at Skalata Ventures, a $25m seed fund.

With a strong interest in Web3, Shahirah is an advisor and member of NEAR Protocol’s ReFi DAO: supporting regenerative finance projects across the world’s first carbon neutral blockchain.

As a dedicated champion for diversity and inclusion, Shahirah co-created The Giant Warm Intro led by Rampersand VC and served as advisory board member for Girls in Tech Australia.

Previously, she worked in Silicon Valley, providing marketing strategy to leading tech companies such as Splunk and Eve Online.
