Laura is a people connector and community builder who is proud to be playing a pivotal role in the growth of innovation and QLD’s start up ecosystem. 

Laura has had a diverse career, partnering with a variety of organisations to grow their brand, capability, and scale. Laura has depth and experience in IT Talent recruitment, People and Culture, Creative Media, Sales, and Growth for both Corporate and Startup organisations.  She has delivered brand story telling projects for grass root charities throughout the developing world and here in Australia, and is passionate about driving change, particularly in diversity and inclusion. Now the Head of Growth at River City Labs, Laura is currently supporting the delivery of programs, services and community that enable the growth of emerging technology companies here in QLD.
