Dr John Kapeleris has over 25 years’ experience in biotechnology, product development, commercialisation, business development and executive management. Early in his early career he was responsible for designing and developing sixteen medical products that achieved international market success and catapulted Panbio a small medical diagnostics company to a market cap of over $94million. He is the co-author of the book titled “Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Biotechnology”.
John has held numerous roles including R&D Manager, Quality Manager, Business Development Manager, VP Sales & Marketing, COO, Deputy CEO and CEO. He has assisted numerous individuals and organisations with their commercialisation needs and he continues to deliver a range of services related to innovation, business strategy, IP management and commercialisation. Currently, John is working as the CEO of BirdSol Pty Ltd an innovative AI technology company applying its novel Cherrp solution to the deterrent and relocation of birds that adversely impact agriculture and other industries.
