Ben is a Partner in McCullough Robertson's Corporate Advisory Group and Head of Start-ups and emerging businesses at the firm. He specialises in corporations and securities law, with a particular focus on public and private capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructures. Ben's experience extends across a range of sectors, including technology, financial services, life sciences, food and agribusiness, health, resources, and renewable energy. He is also an active supporter of the start-up community, mentoring and providing legal support to several of Queensland's incubators.
