Aron is part of the founding team at Xceptional, an award-winning social enterprise with a dual mission: creating meaningful careers for neurodivergent individuals while addressing talent challenges for businesses. Drawing from his personal experience as a neurodivergent individual, Aron is determined to disrupt traditional recruitment and promote inclusivity.

A true advocate for businesses that integrate profit and purpose, Aron actively raises awareness about employment inclusion. He is a frequent commentator on employment diversity and inclusion and has been interviewed by News Limited, Australian Financial Review, ABC and contributed to podcasts and countless forums.

Aron serves as an Adjunct Industry Fellow at Griffith University. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science and a Graduate Diploma of Business Management.
