Prior to this he worked on numerous Technology recruitment campaigns with BHP including launching their Digital Factories which achieved 50% gender diversity. Steve has also established best practice recruitment methodologies within a smaller, growing business at Itoc (AWS Consultancy) helping to grow the team from 30-70 during 2021.
