Simon hails from the multicultural melting pot of Darwin in the Northern Territory, which is reflected in his approach to building teams differently. Cultural identity, diversity, empathetic thinking and its connection to performance has been a major driving force for Simon, who embraced the opportunity to move to the big smoke; finding himself working across Scandinavia, UK, Americas and also throughout APAC with the likes of Spotify, SafetyCulture, and more recently Skedulo and Virtually Human Studio.
