Nicole Gibson

CEO of InTruth Technologies

Nicole is known as a multi-award winning social entrepreneur, but she prefers to be seen as an unstoppable messenger of love and human potential; impacting millions of people world-wide with her unconventional models of community development and transformation.

Currently, Nicole is the CEO of inTruth Technologies, creating technology that can measure truth and transform decision making. inTruth’s ultimate goal, following the law of 4%, to impact a critical mass of humanity, shifting us from a baseline of fear to love. Establishing a Non-Profit at 18 years old after a lived experience with anorexia nervosa, Nicole tackled the epidemic of mental health challenges by developing unconventional models of community capacity building, engaging tens of thousands of young people across Australia, focusing on building emotional infrastructure as a means to curve the rising rates of isolation, suicide and youth disengagement.

After working with half a million people in a decade of entrepreneurship, Nicole recognised that there is an undeniable code that serves as a golden thread between all of us. She integrates these observations into the development of transformative technology, to unify the world beyond difference. After completing a significant national tour, at 20 years old, Nicole was a finalist for the Young Australian of the Year and listed as one of Australia’s top 100 most influential women at 21, shortly after taking out the Pride of Australia Medal. She's been featured in The Financial Review, made the cover of the Yellow Pages and had a documentary aired on prime-time national TV.

Nicole has made a vast impact in the health and education landscape globally, and served as the youngest Commonwealth Commissioner for Health in history, advising directly to the Australian Federal Health Minister and Prime Minister.
