Mark Zmarzly is your typical Creative Writing Masters graduate turned FinTech entrepreneur now Startup Ecosystem Builder. After nine years in the US financial services industry working with hundreds of banks - including Capital One and Zions Bank - Mark founded the FinTech software company Hip Pocket in 2013 and the Hip Money app in 2016. After seven years, three products, and two continents, he sold his startup in 2019 and now works in AWS’ Startup Team working with venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. Mark is also researching, writing, and speaking about Founder happiness and well-being.
