Josh has been building and leading incredible teams to transform the banking, wealth, legal and real estate industries for over 20 years. His experience ranges from early-stage start-ups working on a single product solution through to running a multi-billion dollar fixed-interest portfolio to heading up life insurance for one of the world's largest banks. Some of Josh's achievements include the creation of the world's first bank account with both fixed and variable interest, Australia's most used retail stockbroking CRM and more recently building Little Hinges into one of the world's largest creators of 3D digital twins.
