Demelza Green

Demelza grew up in New Zealand and knew from a young age she wanted a career in helping people leading her to study business, social sciences and psychology at the Auckland University of Technology. After working for a stint in Immigration at the Beehive in Wellington, she deported herself to Australia, the land of the great red sunburn.

She has travelled and worked throughout Europe, the US and Asia. A passionate artist, she headed to the UK to pursue software testing and UX design. While working abroad, she became fascinated with the complex interplay between team dynamics, product management and delivery, prompting her to move into the Agile coaching space back in Australia.

She has held many and diverse roles in her career, however her true love isn’t determined by the confines of one role, it’s in anything involving creativity and innovation in the sweet spot that brings people and ideas together.

She enjoys food, wine, F1, travel, wine, sailing, parachuting, wine, bungee jumping, advanced weapons training, and pushing her introverted self out of her comfort zone. Living life for Demelza is a series of compounding courageous moments. And wine.
