Ashik Ahmed is the Cofounder & Director of tech startup Deputy, a people management platform headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Until 2022, he was CEO/CTO of Deputy. Deputy’s mission is to simplify shift work, whilst working towards a vision of thriving workplaces in every community. Over 300,000 businesses in over 100 countries use Deputy. Born and raised in Bangladesh, Ashik is a software engineer (at his heart). He believes that validation in life comes from enriching others’ lives. Ashik’s life work has been enriching the lives of small business owners and employees they serve.
